This talented duo first crossed paths during a thrilling Royal Ocean Racing Club offshore campaign at the University of Cambridge, where they made history as part of the first all-student crew to compete. Their sailing adventures have continued ever since!

But the excitement doesn’t stop there! Callum and Florence have recently taken on the challenge of renovating their very own boat. They stripped the 50-year-old hull down to bare fiberglass and completely rebuilt the interior, pouring their hearts into creating a space that reflects their passion for sailing.

Meet Captain Callum Henderson—a true adventurer whose love for the sea began in the wild Scottish Hebrides, where his family spent summers exploring a new island on every trip. Never repeating a destination, Callum’s formative memories are full of rugged landscapes, daring exploration, and even waking up to a tent full of water (more than once!). Those early days set him on a course for a thrilling career at sea.

Callum has sailed the world, from circumnavigating Italy to conquering the North Sea, and his technical sailing skills have made him a standout. His passion for the craft led him to become an instructor, where he’s trained new skippers and even built his own offshore racing team. Whether it's guiding a crew through the sun-soaked Balearic Islands or navigating Norway’s dramatic fjords, Callum brings expertise and excitement to every voyage.

Meet Chef Florence Singer—a passionate sailor and culinary adventurer with a flair for bringing people together over incredible meals! Florence’s journey began at just twelve years old when she and her dad braved the chilly English Channel to earn their sailing licenses. From there, she set sail for the Mediterranean, turning family adventures into a lifelong love of the sea.

While studying English Literature at Durham and Cambridge, Florence found a way to blend her academic pursuits with her passion for travel and sailing. She spent four months exploring South America and soon began running professional sailing charters in Greece, guiding groups through stunning island chains. Florence thrives on organizing unforgettable trips—whether it’s getting forty guests to bond over a lively cocktail-making competition or creating magical group dinners that feel like a family feast.

Her love for cooking runs deep, inspired by her talented parents who always made mealtimes special. Florence carries that tradition forward, using fresh ingredients and flavors picked up from her travels to craft nourishing, authentic meals that connect people. Whether she’s whipping up vibrant dishes bursting with color or mixing cocktails that keep the conversation flowing, Florence brings joy, energy, and a true sense of togetherness to every table.
