APA Advance Provisioning Allowance: on board found serving to cover the costs of Croatian Tourist Tax (1,33 EUR per person/per day- approx.: 1.33 € or 1.50 USD per person/day), requested supplies, port, mooring, other legal charges and fees, diesel, fuel, communications and other extras depending on guest particular request for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. The Captain will keep an accurate record of spending and at the end of the charter guest will be refunded or asked to pay the difference if additional operating costs are incurred

The hardware (Dessus) is the easy part, it is a beautiful and well-designed boat. The software, I.e. the crew, their actions and interactions is the critical component of the experience. Though not normally our policy, trusting in the judgment and recommendations of the crew regarding destinations, activities, menu, drinks, etc was the right call and added to our enjoyment..

Captain Pepi seemed so switched on with his surroundings, weather and safety, that my clients felt very safe and in good hands with Pepi. Very, very impressed!
They are not touristy people, but even the suggestions from Pepi of tours to do were 100% spot on. They loved them and glad they went.
Chef Nikola blew them away with every meal! So impressive! Not one meal was average.

A primary reason we chose Dessus was the all Croatian crew based on their profiles and experience. We were not disappointed! Ante, Nikola and NIKOLIJA were outstanding Ante listened to our wishes and interests and then organized an itinerary and excursions that exceeded our expectations. These included biking, wine tasting, dinner at an ancient monastery, olive oil tasting, historical Land Rover tour, dinner reservations, taxis and more. Nikola prepared outstanding meals and quickly adapted to e.

August 10-17, 2024 DUBROVNIK - SPLIT

This trip was our 3rd Catamaran experience and by far the best. First of all DESSUS is a beautiful Catamaran with the finest luxury inside and out. It more than suits its purpose and as a guest I really did feel like I was staying in a 5 star hotel. The crew were wonderful, extremely professional, friendly, knowledgable and made our holiday a pleasure from morning till night, nothing was too much trouble. Captain Ante took us to the very best coves and towns to find and avoid the worst/best weat.

Captain Pepi Jardas was born and raised in Opatia. Growing up in vicinity of the sea, he was always engaged with water and sea. He has been a captain onboard DESSUS since her launch and knows DESSUS from inside out. He can talk about her in details for hours. His experience includes navigating diverse vessels, including catamarans, motor yachts and sailing boats, both for pleasure and for competition. His career on board has resulted in great experience and vast knowledge of the Croatian coats, islands, beautiful beaches and coves and also historical sights and gastronomic scene. Pepi is fluent in English and Italian language, and can get by in Russian language. With his calm attitude, responsible and hardworking approach, captain Pepi will always make sure the guests onboard Sunreef 60 DESSUS have an unforgettable and unique Croatian charter experience.

CHEF MARKO JAGNJIĆ
Marko Jagnjić is an accomplished Croatian yacht chef with over 15 years of experience working on luxury yachts and charter vessels throughout the Adriatic Sea. He began his culinary journey at a young age and, after completing culinary school, pursued a career at sea, where he discovered his true passion.
Having served as head and sole chef on motor yachts and traditional gulets—including Delphinus Yachts, S/Y Dolce Vita, and S/Y Perla—Marko is highly experienced in all galley operations, menu creation, provisioning, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
Deeply inspired by seafood and Mediterranean cuisine, he is known for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, adapting seamlessly to dietary requirements, and creating refined, creative dining experiences. Although raised in continental Croatia, his strong connection to the sea defines his culinary style.
Creative, communicative, and highly organized, Marko cooks with passion, confidence, and dedication, while continuously developing his skills to deliver consistently high standards on board.

HOSTESS KATJA BLAGONIĆ
Katja is a professional and warm yacht stewardess who enjoys taking care of guests and making them feel at home on board. With extensive experience on motor yachts and catamarans, she has worked as both solo and chief stewardess, confidently managing all interior duties while providing personalized service. Her hospitality background and natural understanding of people allow her to adapt easily to different guest preferences and rhythms. Whether guests seek quiet relaxation, active exploration, or celebrating special moments, Katja ensures every detail is taken care of for an enjoyable holiday. She creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere, offering elegant meal and drink service, thoughtfully arranged spaces, and discreet yet attentive care. From morning coffee to evening cocktails, her focus is always on guest comfort, enjoyment, and a stress-free experience at sea.
