AUDREY HARPER, your trusted Yacht Charter Broker, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the charter industry. With 17 years in the yachting industry, including 13 years as a First Mate and Chef on luxury charter yachts, she has honed her skills as an Offshore Captain, Professional Chef, and PADI Advanced Scuba Diver.
Her academic background—including a teaching degree and an Honors Degree in Education Management, Law, and Policy—further strengthens her expertise. Before entering yachting, she served as a high school principal in South Africa, showcasing her leadership and management abilities.
As a charter broker, Audrey is dedicated to providing outstanding service and meticulous attention to detail. Her commitment to exceeding clients’ expectations drives her work.
Alongside her husband of 29 years, Donald, she has crewed luxury yachts in the Caribbean, the Bahamas, and the Mediterranean. Their dedication and expertise have earned them 17 awards at annual yacht charter shows, including Best Boat on Show, Chef and Culinary Awards, Table Setting Awards, and Eco-friendliest Yacht—testaments to their excellence in the industry.

Audrey is a proud Associate member of CYBA (Charter Yacht Brokers Association), IYBA (International Yacht Brokers Association), VIPCA (Virgin Islands Professional Charter Association), and a BVI Yacht Society Accredited Broker Association member.
DONALD HARPER is an Offshore Captain and PADI Scuba Diving Instructor. He previously held several senior positions, including Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, before following his dream of a joyful life at sea.
As an Instrumentation and Electrical Technician, he is highly knowledgeable about yacht and equipment design and works closely with boat builders to ensure that the final product is impeccable.
He has consulted with numerous new owners, guiding them from the inception of their yacht ownership dream through to successful charter deployment.
Both Audrey and Donald have been responsible for designing layouts and outfitting numerous boats—from linens to yacht toys—and have delivered some of the finished yachts across the Atlantic.
Donald’s yacht maintenance expertise is first-rate, and he has managed and maintained several yachts over the course of his career.
