With over 20,000 nautical miles of sailing experience, Dylan’s career spans the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and beyond, showcasing his versatility and deep knowledge of global yachting. He holds prestigious certifications, including RYA Yachtmaster Offshore 100GT, RYA Cruising Instructor, and SAMSA Commercial Endorsement, underscoring his expertise in navigation, vessel safety, and seamanship.
Dylan’s extensive career includes managing 45+ foot catamarans and monohulls as a professional skipper in Croatia, delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring vessel safety and maintenance. His offshore racing experience in South Africa has further honed his technical skills and adaptability, and he played a pivotal role in constructing a 55-foot charter catamaran now operating in the Caribbean, adding a practical dimension to his maritime expertise.
In addition to his sailing accomplishments, Dylan served as a sailing instructor at the Royal Natal Yacht Club in South Africa, providing comprehensive keelboat training and fostering a culture of safety and performance. His hands-on leadership and dedication to mentoring aspiring sailors reflect his commitment to excellence and continuous professional development.
