As a granddaughter of a baker from Nice, I have a deep passion for both cooking and traveling. Throughout my years in the restaurant industry, I have gained extensive experience, starting from a young age of 15 and working my way up to managing my own restaurant. I eventually moved to Guadeloupe 8 years ago, and for the past 2 years, I've been alternating between the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas as a cook on boats up to 82 feet in length. My cooking style draws inspiration from the diversity of French cuisine, combined with the flavors and ingredients I've discovered during my travels.
