What a week! We all had an absolute blast! Highlights - seen an octopus! Skittle Fish! The caves at the bath! The food! OMG! Chocolate mousse, the eggs, the first two days – what were they? Yum! Apple, crisp, fried chicken, coconut rice, mushroom pasta! Loved snorkeling, sailing was fantastic, and we even had time for art and games! I loved the food, snorkeling, and the bass! We had steak saw octopus and I enjoyed climbing and exploring the bass! We set the record of lizard spotted to 56 and one lizard caught! It was an amazing week! Eve.

The time I spent here it was great! The week before I came here I was VERY worried that I was going to get seasick, but the seas were amazing! There were some swells, but overall it was a good trip! But the food! I don’t like chicken, but the chicken I ate here was the chefs kiss! The noodles were filled with cheese! Also on the last day for dessert, we had homemade chocolate mousse! Love the food here! Also, I love exploring and climbing! Our captain is super fun! Overall, it was a great vac.

Well, we’ve cruised extensively all over the world. This was an experience and like any other. The intimacy and privacy of only one other couple and Brandon and Dow. Our crew was really special! The food was beyond delicious, huge portions, and lots of variety! Dad took pictures of all mills for our scrapbook and to share. I booked my first ever yacht charter over the week of New Years ‘25 for my 6 person family (wife & 4 kids aged 11-20) to celebrate a special occasion. We were hesitant to start cause of never being on the water for a week, being on top of each other in small quarters and the other unknowns that go along with something new. We went out on a charter with Captain Brandon. We cruised down the ICW through several bridges enjoying the sights and headed out into open water at Port Everglades. The sea and sky were beautiful! My husband and I are avid boaters however having never sailed it was definitely an awesome experience to cruise through the water with just the sound of the wind and waves. Chef Gigi brings a world of flavor, warmth, and professionalism to every charter experience. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Gigi’s career began well before she stepped aboard yachts. She previously owned and operated a private villa and full-service restaurant, where she prepared gourmet meals for an international clientele—delivering high-end culinary experiences in a personalized, intimate setting.
Her talents later led her to cater exclusive events in luxury villas and on private yachts, eventually transitioning into full-time roles as both stewardess and chef aboard private and chartered vessels around the world. It was in the galley, surrounded by sea and sky, that Gigi discovered her true calling: combining her love of exceptional cuisine with her passion for the ocean.
Gigi is a graduate of the Ashburton Cookery School & Chefs Academy, where she further refined her culinary skills and commitment to excellence. Based in the Virgin Islands in recent years, she has developed a strong knowledge of sourcing local, seasonal ingredients—bringing freshness and authenticity to every dish she creates.
Her culinary style is as diverse as her travels, drawing inspiration from Asian, Mediterranean, North American, and Caribbean cuisines. She is passionate about keeping food as healthy and vibrant as possible, always tailoring meals to guest preferences and dietary needs.
