Private Multi-Day Charters
Bru Sea’s multi-day charters are offered as a fully private overnight yachting experience in The Bahamas. Guests enjoy the comfort of sleeping aboard while cruising the beautiful waters surrounding Nassau, Paradise Island, and the Exumas.
This experience is ideal for guests seeking more than a traditional day charter, with time to relax onboard, enjoy chef-prepared meals, explore secluded anchorages, and experience The Bahamas at a more leisurely pace.
Multi-Day Charter Rates
Minimum charter: 3 nights
Rates are based on up to 6 guests accommodated in 3 ensuite guest cabins.
Multi-Day Charter Rates
4 Days / 3 Nights: $20,500
5 Days / 4 Nights: $26,500
6 Days / 5 Nights: $31,500
7 Days / 6 Nights: $35,500
8 Days / 7 Nights: $36,500
The above rates are based on up to 6 overnight guests.
The Charter Rate Includes
• Exclusive private use of the yacht
• Professional captain
• Private chef
• Onboard accommodations for up to 6 guests in 3 ensuite cabins
• Customized itinerary planning based on the guests’ preferred pace, interests, and cruising area
• Provisioning coordination and advance shopping arrangements
Additional Costs
The following costs are additional to the base charter rate:
• Bahamas taxes: 14% of the base charter fee
• Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA): Generally 25% to 35% of the base charter fee, depending on guest count, itinerary, and charter style
• Crew gratuity: Customarily 15% to 20% of the base charter fee
• Premium or guest-specific requests beyond the yacht’s standard charter arrangement
• Relocation or repositioning costs, when applicable
Advance Provisioning Allowance
The APA, or Advance Provisioning Allowance, is collected in addition to the charter fee and is used to cover the variable operating expenses incurred during the charter.
The APA generally covers:
• Food and meal provisioning
• Alcohol, soft drinks, and other beverages
• Fuel
• Dockage and marina fees, when applicable
• Shore power, when applicable
• Ice and other onboard consumables
• Guest-requested incidental purchases and special requests
Any unused APA funds are refunded at the conclusion of the charter. If actual expenses exceed the APA collected, the additional amount will be invoiced separately.
Anchoring, Marina Stays & Repositioning
Multi-day itineraries are generally planned around overnight anchoring, weather and sea conditions permitting. Marina stays are not ordinarily included unless specifically requested in advance.
Marina stops may be incorporated into the itinerary during the planning process. Any applicable dockage, marina fees, shore power, and related port expenses will be charged against the APA.
Relocation or repositioning requests are additional and may only be considered for charters exceeding five days. Approval is subject to operational feasibility, prevailing marine conditions, and the yacht’s existing schedule.
Because marine conditions and operational requirements can vary, anchoring is often the most natural, comfortable, and efficient arrangement for multi-night charters unless guests specifically request otherwise.
Crew Gratuity
Crew gratuity is additional and is customarily 15% to 20% of the base charter fee. While gratuity remains at the guests’ discretion, it is customary within the yachting industry and is typically presented to the crew at the conclusion of the charter based on the level of service received.
Water Toys Onboard
• 2 underwater sea scooters
• 2 stand-up paddleboards
• Pull-behind tube
• Beach games
• Fishing rods
• Snorkeling equipment
