Omg! What an amazing trip! Umbi made everything go seamlessly. We asked, and it appeared. Even the wind. It’s not a vacation for me if I don’t get to sail. And Daryl took my gluten free & dairy free needs as an exciting challenge, and I ate like a Queen. I’m afraid to get on the scale when I get home. And the food was healthy, made from scratch. We all ate like Kings & Queens! None of us want to go home to the ice, snow & cold. We will be back, not soon enough. Thank you, Umbi & Daryl! .

Umbi & Daryl, We had the most amazing week with you on High Five! Thank you for taking us to all of the great spots to snorkel, swim and have fun. Our family had a dreamy week. Tom and Mollie were the most wonderful hosts, catering to our every need in the most comfortable, gracious manner. The boat accommodated us all so comfortably and was perfectly appointed so that we could take full advantage of relaxing among the natural beauty around us. We were so well taken care of from start to finish, from our fabulous itinerary, our sails, our excursions, and the amazing food and drinks, it was a week we will never forget. We are already think.

Tom & Mollie, (Hot Tamale). You did an amazing job making our yacht an idyllic vacation destination. But the best part was you two – you welcoming spirit and enthusiasm for making our family vacation and Christmas so memorable! Tom, you are such a calm, confident skipper and we loved our sails this week. You take such meticulous care of the boat! Mollie, the food was absolutely amazing and every day blew us away! We come away with so many memories – barracuda, amazing latte, back flips, the cave.
You did an amazing job making our yacht an idyllic vacation destination.

ChefCaptain Ryan Demarco
Raised in Austin, Ryan grew up camping in the Texas Hill Country, playing soccer and football, and exploring his love for the water with weekends on the lake. After earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, he spent his 20s building a career as a financial planner while also becoming a 500-hour certified yoga teacher.
During a solo trip to Costa Rica, Ryan was inspired to pursue his passion for adventure. He traded in his suit and tie for life on the water, joining boats in the Bahamas and Annapolis before heading to South Africa, where he earned his Yachtmaster Offshore license and sailed back across the Southern Atlantic Ocean.
As a captain, Ryan began delivering yachts and running charters along the U.S. East Coast and through the Caribbean. He was then offered a position with a charter company in the Mediterranean, working in Croatia and Greece, where he quickly rose to Lead Skipper.
When not on the water, Ryan enjoys backpacking in the mountains and traveling the world with his fiancée.

Chef Julia Criegh
Coming across the seas from the inner city of Sydney, Australia – Julia grew up baking alongside her mother and grandmother learning the home classics and passed down family recipes. After a challenging few years working as pediatric nurse during the global pandemic, she took the opportunity of the world opening back up to explore the world, tasting culinary delights in many parts of Asia and Europe before landing herself in Croatia as a chef onboard flotilla charter yachts for the European summer. This experience ignited a flame for Julia to
chase her dream of working as a chef on the water full-time.
Julia comes from a strong hospitality background working in several established venues in Sydney both behind the bar and front of house. She has completed a number of culinary courses with Le Cordon Bleu and the Australian Patisserie Academy and is so passionate about
delivering delicious food and a unique hospitality experience.
Outside of the galley there is nothing more relaxing to Julia than perching in the sun with a good book or finding new walks along the coastlines around the world. Coming from a large family, bringing people together around a table to enjoy a meal and share stories is one of life’s greatest moments in her eyes and she cannot wait to welcome you onboard and share this with you all.
