We just finished an incredible 7-day catamaran charter through the BVI as a family of 10, & Owen & Mia made the trip absolutely unforgettable. Owen was the best captain we could have asked for. Yum…there wasn’t a meal that wasn’t liked all week long. Food is such a fun and important part of vacation and Maddie nailed it. Meeting the needs of a large group, we had 8, is no easy feat and our entire grouped enjoyed the unique and flavorful meals Maddie thoughtfully prepared. I think the real testament is the opinion of our kids - we had 4 kids in tow (ages 8-11) and they ate every single thing prepared, often asking for more!
