We had an amazing week aboard the Dream Beauty. The crew was amazing. We got plated meals every time and the food was literally 5 stars. We had fun with all the toys : seabobs, kayak paddle board, lily pad, etc… Cory and Emily took amazing care of us, doing a crazy amount of work and still looking relaxed and always ready to go when we asked something. Who knew there are so many shades of blue?! This was our first trip to the Bahamas and the memories of crystal clear blue water will surely bring us back someday soon. Big shout out to Captain Pat and Chef Ren for safe travels and some of the best meals we’ve ever had (on land or water!) Trip highlights: swimming with pigs, E-surf, the “Bob,” snorkeling, feeding iguanas, Shroud Beach, THE WATER! Love, Jason, Caryn, Julian & Frankie.

What an incredible experience! Thank you endlessly to both Captain Dan + Chef Sierra for making our trip so enjoyable and relaxing. We faced fears, swam with eagle rays, searched for (alleged) sunken planes, and laughed until tears were streaming down our cheeks. How lucky we are to have been able to create these precious moments with both our family and our wonderful crew. We will forever be asking one another, “how deep is it?” and will surely be enjoying the mouth-watering recipes that che.

PREVIOUS CREW

Our first time to the Bahamas and the experience was excellent. The Captain’s local knowledge was outstanding and added to the whole week which made it so special. We snorkeled, swam with Turtles and Sharks. I have never seen waters so blue. Our chef was absolutely magnificent and the food was exceptional and he catered to all our needs. I can strongly recommend this charter for a fun filled,gastronomical, unique trip. Thank you Captain Yves and Chef Gautier.

The boat itself was nothing short of amazing, offering us a comfortable and luxurious experience throughout the trip. However, what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the genuine care and attention we received .

A once-in-a-lifetime experience. From sunbathing on deserted beaches, to snorkeling over sunken planes, to swimming with sharks, to fine dining at sunset, this was a holiday to remember forever. The captain and host were simply amazing. The food was exquisite, and my youngest’s allergies carefully catered for. My boys even got to help sail the boat! Perfect in every way. We all wish we were still there, sailing the Exumas!.

This was my 2nd trip to the Exumas and without a doubt was truly a 2nd experience of a lifetime. Never before have i seen such natural beauty, a true paradise on earth that you never want to leave. From the outset having lunch at Pink Octopus in Palm Cay you are already mesmerised by the setting and the natural beauty, and each day gets better with lots of hidden gems to experience from Staniel Cay Yacht Club, Sandy Cay, snorkeling on Escobar’s plane, the Aquarium, mangroves and turtles, Igu.

I’ve been to the Bahamas before but going on Dream Beauty was totally different experience. Exactly what I always pictured it would be like to explore on your own boat! We explored so many beautiful beaches and reefs where we were the only people for miles. It was simultaneously relaxing, adventurous, laid back, and luxurious. A perfect trip! The crew was amazing!!).

Just had an amazing week in the Exumas sailing out of Palm Cay. From welcome dinner and drinks at the Pink Ocotopus on the first night to being looked after 24/7 by our fabulous chef and skipper, exploring the many islands and beaches across the Exumas. It was simply stunning from day one and throughout and of an extremely high standard. Staniel Cay Yacht Club, Sandy Cay, snorkeling on Escobar’s plane, the Aquarium, mangroves and turtles, and even swimming pigs. Can’t recommend Dream Beauty .

Captain Glen
A sea gypsy with a wanderlust soul, Captain Glen is a Canadian-born American expat who has been based in the Virgin Islands for 20 years and calls his world-voyaging sailing yacht home. Glen lives to travel, exploring the world and its diverse cultures, thriving on good vibes and positive energy. Nurturing his lifelong love of the water, his sailing adventures include the entire Caribbean Sea, Central and South America, the Panama Canal, the South Pacific, New Zealand, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Red Sea, the Suez Canal, and the Mediterranean. Having had thousands of salty nautical miles slip under his keel, Captain Glen is considered one of the most experienced charter captains in the Caribbean.

Raised in Oakville, Ontario, Glen never quite adjusted to the freezing temperatures of his homeland. At the age of 20, he immigrated to the United States and eventually made his way to the tropics, pursuing a highly successful career as a professional hotelier. Along the way, Glen managed various luxury boutique resorts throughout the Caribbean, including those on the islands of Vieques (Puerto Rico), Virgin Gorda, Bermuda, St. Lucia, Jamaica, Dominica, and Nevis.

Throughout his epic adventures, Glen’s heart has always remained in the Virgin Islands, where he now shares his love of sailing and passion for the sea. Glen has an extensive and intimate knowledge of the waters, people, and places across the entire Caribbean, especially the Virgin Islands (U.S., British, and Spanish). His familiarity includes all the anchorages, snorkel and dive sites, land and sea highlights, hiking locations, and beach bars. Over the years, Glen has developed countless friendships and connections with locals and expats throughout the Virgin Islands and the greater Caribbean.


Chef Alex
Born on the edge of the sea along beautiful coastal beaches, Alex was raised in a home where the allure of the ocean was ever-present, along with an appreciation for fine cuisine. A psychologist and tourism hospitality professional, Alex has spent several years organizing and leading tours around the world. Through these experiences, she has come to realize that culinary delights are a significant part of travel—not only for herself but also for her guests. Alex’s delicious and unforgettable creations in the galley are inspired by the grand abundance of fruits and vegetables harvested from lush, fertile fields, as well as the bounty of the sea. She continually hones her culinary skills through courses and experiences during her extensive exotic travels.

Alex turned her dreams into reality when she seized an opportunity to embark on an epic sailing adventure to the far side of the world, partnering with Captain Glen. Over the course of her journey, Alex has sailed more than 15,000 nautical miles, exploring the stunning waters of Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Red Sea, the Mediterranean, and, of course, the Caribbean. Proud to call the Caribbean her second home, Alex now takes great delight in sharing wonderful meals, exciting island adventures, engaging conversations, hearty laughs, delicious cocktails, and breathtaking sunsets with her guests.



Captain Glen and Chef Alex have proven to be an exceptional team, whether exploring the most remote tropical cruising grounds of the world while circumnavigating aboard their private yacht or enjoying their “home” in the blissful sailing paradise of the Caribbean, renowned for having the finest sailing in the world. Lobster Salad- Tender lobster tossed with shallots, spring greens, arugula, pink grapefruit, mango, and avocado dressing.

Grilled “Catch of the Day” Tacos- Freshly marinated fish with Achiote and Red Cabbage Slaw, served in warm corn tortillas with Roasted Tomato Salsa.
