Job Description
Federico is responsible for navigation, safety and the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of JACK, including compliance with all procedures and regulations that keep our guests safe. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He further encourages teamwork, individual growth, and personal attention in delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. She is in charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of daily life. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met. She offers particular attention to details and a polite and entertaining spirit.

Starting catering for large groups from the age of 14, Julia began her passion for cuisine from a young age. Following her experience in a professional kitchen she began working as a private chef, where she has catered events for up to 60 people, providing canapés, 3 course dinners, as well as wedding and birthday cakes. With her qualifications in Nutrition she is skilful in providing nutritionally balanced meals and catering to diverse dietary requirements and intolerances. Not only does Julia possess compelling culinary skills, she is also proficient in a marine environment. Having grown up sailing, she is seasoned on deck, confident in the galley under sail and has a passion for open water swimming, scuba diving and water-skiing.
