TESTIMONIALS
Thank you for the incredible week. We were blown away starting at our first step on the boat by the welcoming crew and beautiful boat. Each day on the trip was accompanied by delicious meals by Elif, which were all well prepared, planned and full of flavor. While sailing Milla took the time to teach our group to sail and made us feel part of the crew. Our favorite stops through out the trip were Anegada and Virgin Gorda – Tipsy’s was such a fun spot! This will forever be on the top of our trip.

Thanks for the around the world experiences – from the drinks to the food to the cheers (cheers, skål, serefe, sagligimiza, kippis, salute, huzzah). While the wind was strong, we cruised right along. But you didn’t steer us wrong. All the stops were the tops, and the drinks really rocked. The meals were the deals, and you really set our mood, with the amazing food! The tables were set with blingy, and you gave us rides in your dingy. This trip went fast, but it won’t be our last. .

We cannot thank you enough for making our week in the BVI so incredible! From the moment we stopped onboard, you created an experience that was not only seamless but beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail, from the thoughtful itinerary to amazing meals – was perfect. We loved every snorkel spot, every stunning view, and every moment of simply soaking in the beauty of the islands. And our adventures of saving baby goats and sneaking conch shells onboard will definitely go down as.

Honestly beyond expectations. You are a great team. Everything was perfect, From the spots you chose to anchor, every meal, the little things you both did. Thank you both for a great memory we will cherish for a long time. Don’t be surprised if you see us again. Fair warning. Greatly appreciated! -Jeff Thank you guys for all the time spent to make this trip perfect. For the amazing food and for showing us around all the islands. Thank you for spending time with us and we are all super grate.

Dear Milla and Elif, Thank you for hosting us on the most special vacation. You both have a heart of service. You give with joy. This made our trip! Milla, you really paid attention to the things that mattered to us and were so invested in making each day a special adventure. You do your work with love, flexibility, and playfulness. Even though you were working so hard you made it look fun. I think that makes a mast captain. Also, I felt very safe with you. You were careful and thoughtful in you.

We just returned home from the best vacation of our lives. My wife, three teenagers, and myself spent 6 perfect nights on Apricity with Mente and Annick. I can’t even begin to tell you how thoughtful and attentive they were to our every need and want. They were thorough but not overbearing at all. Mente kept us safe while teaching my son and I the basics of sailing, mooring, and anchoring the entire trip. He was happy to answer any questions we had about sailing and the boat in particular.

I’ve been visiting the BVIs periodically since 1999 (at least 10 times). Some of the visits have been in our boat, others in bareboat charters. This was the first time we went for a crewed charter. The decision was made in part because not all in the group had sailing / boating experience and mostly because we wanted to rest and not worry about logistics, provisioning, cooking, reserving moorings, etc. The result…best vacation ever in the BVIs. Perfect combination between a great group of fr.

Having returned from a week aboard Apricity in the BVIs, we are frequently asked “what was your favorite part”? Our response’s have been consistent – Mente and Annick made this trip exceptional! The BVIs are wonderful, but having their experience, expertise, and positive attitude was wonderful. The food was consistently amazing and they both endeavored to ensure no obstacle would interfere with our celebrations. The two of them worked non-stop to ensure we had the best time on our trip, and tr.

A week with the best Mente & Annick – my family and I know this is see ya later not goodbye. We have made friends and memories that will last a lifetime! From the food to the boating knowledge nothing has gone for want! Annick was fantastic, food was even better, and the attention given to my kids . . . the best!! She always met any want or need with a warm cheery smile! She curtailed her weeklong menu to meet our rather “plain” diet and managed to make even our simple food beautiful.

We don’t really know where to begin. If we were to summarize our journey with THE best team – Will & Kylie 🙂 Great itinerary planning – Norman, Peter, Salt, Gordon, Leeboy, Guana and Sandy Cay. The best food and some super surprising dishes! So diverse, sophisticated and well prepared. Thank you Kylie! The best captain in the BVI – you took such a good care of us! From water scooters to masks to dingy rides . . . Also – paddle boards, go pro camera and last but not least – the capta.

A family sailed on Apricity, in the British Virgin Islands, filled with joy and glee. Father Andy, with daughters Abbey and Bella, Mother Reina, with son Barrett and daughter Quinn, oh what a stellar crew! They embarked on a New Year’s trip, exploring the beauty of the ocean, on a catamaran ship. At Foxy’s in Jost Van Dyke, the celebrated the night. With laughter and cheer, under the starry light. Snorkeling in Peter Island, they dove deep, discovering the wonders of the sea, in a world so uniqu.

Milla grew up in the coastal regions of Finland, and from the time she was just an infant, her parents had introduced her to the world of sailing. This early exposure turned into a lifelong passion, and as she grew older, she continued to sail with her father on their H-boat.
Professionally, Milla has had a dedication to social work, finding contentment in roles that have allowed her to support individuals of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly. In the past four years, she turned back to her love of the sea, serving as a Captain in the Mediterranean. She approaches life with a strong work ethic, always striving to turn her passions into reality.
Milla is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She loves hiking and skiing. Her passion for the outdoors led also her to study to become a wilderness guide. Her journey from the Finnish coast to the warm waters of the Caribbean reflects her unwavering dedication to sailing and adventure, as well as her undying love for the sea.

Georgie Boxall
Georgie is a Holistic Nutritionist and passionate Private Chef from the UK, who was most recently based in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. She specializes in creating vibrant, nourishing meals that fuel adventure and well-being.
Raised in the English countryside among horses, home-cooked meals, and cozy pub fires, Georgie’s first career began in film and TV -from Sky Sports in London to advertising production in Vancouver. But it was a personal need to heal her gut that sparked a new path. Self-taught in the kitchen, she discovered the power of food as medicine. This journey led her to work with a wellness meal prep company, luxury ski chalets in the French Alps, and eventually into her favourite kitchen yet-the galley.
Over the past year, Georgie has worked as Sole Chef on sailing yachts in the BVI, France, and the Bahamas, creating high-vibe, globally inspired meals tailored to every palate. She’s also catered retreats, bachelorettes, and film crews, always bringing bold flavours, beautiful colours, and a soulful, creative touch to the plate.
Her kitchen secret? She doesn’t follow recipes-she creates, turning food into art. With a flair for sauces, an intuitive sense of flavour, and a background in wellness, Georgie brings warmth, energy, and a deep sense of care to life onboard.
Outside the galley, Georgie is an avid outdoor enthusiast. A skier, surfer, and passionate water lover, she thrives in the elements- whether snorkeling, gravel biking, cold dipping, or guiding yoga sessions on deck. Her bubbly energy and love of connection make guests feel instantly at home, ensuring every charter is as nourishing as it is unforgettable.
