The crew were A+. I felt very safe with Gavin as we did encounter some pretty choppy ocean currents there and back. Jackie the chef was sweet as pie and had all food amenities plenty. The boat was very nice lots of places to lay around. the big open front in the bow was great for the 4 teenagers to hang out together to play music or sunbathe they also enjoyed the fly bridge area there was a smaller balcony to lay on. Where do I even begin to describe this trip? For the short version, it was absolutely the trip in a lifetime in every way. For the long version, I am honestly not sure it could have been any better! I want to start off by saying that Justin & I are beyond grateful for your assistance in setting up this experience for us all. Apart from a 9-hour delay in finally getting to Nassau after bad weather in Texas heavily disrupted our flights on Thursday, we had the smoothest, most efficient adventure t.

C & A, Wowza! I’m not sure I could ever put into words how amazing you both made this experience for all of us… The food- off the charts - hit it out of the park - delicious with every single plate. I ate my heart out! The experiences - all the right places, all the perfect places to see and experiences to have. The Foti’s had the trip of a lifetime! The Exumas are absolutely stunning - from the beaches to the sharks, to the iguanas, we all had a great time. But really, it’s you guys that made it special and unforgettable. You took care of us better than we thought possible, and set a bar that will be hard to replicate. Dear Adhika & Caleb, Thank you for such a wonderful week on Harmony. We are a challenging group to please, given our culinary and dietary demands, our previous boating experiences, and our familiarity with the Bahamas, but you absolutely exceeded our expectations. Your level of service and constant drive to "wow" us with another magical site or an original, delicious meal has made this such a memorable holiday. It is not surprising that the baby pigs, reef sharks and Hawksbill turtles will rema.

We don't know where to begin! We have to start with Caleb and Adhika who set the stage for amazing trip. From their hospitality, to local knowledge and skill, to the amazing food created by Adhika, we could not have asked for anything more. Our stops at the sea "aquarium", the conch fishing/hunting, the turtles at Shroud Cay, the sand bars, and visiting the many little hidden spots made this an unforgettable trip. Caleb and Adhika can't be beat, they are simply amazing! We can't wait to sail .

Caleb and Adi were amazing!!! We really enjoyed the charter and the amazing and welcoming experience that the crew planned. Adi's food and table presence was next level- she made sure everyone was taken care of with any dietary restrictions they could have. 10/10. And Caleb was excellent- he attended to every need and made sure we did everything we wanted to do: fishing, snorkeling, water sports - days full of activities! 10/10. You have an amazing crew here. Yo yo yo Whatsup Deeks + Caleb! Wazzam! That Grotto was 10/10 amazing, those pigs were awesome, 5/5 bags of popcorn for sure! Conch fritters and our buddy scar made this trip more memorable and exciting. We love boats, family, and beaches. Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun! Stevens family highlights: Scar, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Coffee cake, Staniel Cay bar, Patriots Documentary, Spades/Blackjack, Hike up BooBoo Hill, Our close call with Cheers, Caleb's great turtle adventure, PIGS!, chocolate ganache.

What a fantastic week we had aboard Harmony! Our second charter exceeded all of our expectations. From Caleb's personalized adventures, to Deeks' amazing meals, each day exceeded our expectations! Caleb & Adhika! Your fun personalities and attentiveness made our trip amazingly fun! Adhika, your cooking is amazing and definitely a highlight of our trip. We appreciate your work ethic and all the love you put into making sure our experience was memorable! Caleb your flexibility and patience with us made us feel heard and at ease! Our family just had the trip of a lifetime!! Caleb and Adhika thought of everything and more!! They truly catered every part of the experience to us. The food, the adventure, the planning, their thoughtfulness was second to none. Every day Caleb’s had surprises up his sleeves and fun experiences for us and my boys. We did some adventures we’ve never done before, including spearfishing. As a mama bear, I felt completely safe, knowing Caleb’s was taking care of us. He was always on guard loo.

Liam McNaughton
As a child Liam used to help his family in the kitchen while they cooked, which from a young age, they noticed that he had quite the talent for. Once Liam had finished school, he enrolled in Prue Lieth Culinary Institute where he was trained by the best chefs in South Africa.
Upon graduation he traveled South Africa looking for ways to test his skills. He competed in the South African Junior Chef of the Year competition at 23, and won, and was Sous Chef of a 600-seat upscale restaurant by 24.
Throughout his career he has worked as a Chef lecturer training Superyacht chefs, as well as worked as a private chef during his free time. He strives for perfection in the smallest detail regardless of the scale of the task.
